I recently had the chance to join Glenn Yaney on The Millionaire Journey podcast.

We started with my transition from commercial aviation. Flying teaches you discipline, clear decision-making, and systems thinking. Those skills shaped the way I approached real estate, even when I didn’t realize it. However, the shift wasn’t smooth. I made several early investing mistakes, and we discussed those openly. Each misstep pushed me to refine my process, build stronger habits, and treat investing like the professional craft it is.
